When you hear your voice on a recording, you’re only hearing sounds transmitted via air conduction. Since you’re missing the part of the sound that comes from bone conduction within the head, your voice sounds different to you on a recording. But guess what? The recording doesn’t lie, that IS you!

 

This app allows you to hear your “real” voice and compare it with a sample reference; which can be an additional microphone recording, an audio file or a text translated into the language you need by the provided Text To Speech function.
